Uniden R8 Europe Extreme long-range dual Radar and Laser Detector and built-in GPS including EU database from Uniden. The Uniden R8 allows you to mark geographical points where you commonly encounter radar transmissions. These can be school zones, red-light cameras, and places where police frequently monitor traffic. You can mark these points so the R3 radar detector’s voice alert will announce “User mark ahead” as you approach. The Voice Notification feature lets users know what type of radar is being detected (red light, speed, etc.). It even shows the direction, band and signal strength for each. Now available as official European version including the EU database.
